Kirk (USA) combined a 195mm-long dual dove tailed plate along with an Arca-style quick release platform to create a special tool caled the "Long Rail". This product is great for use in panoramic and macro photography. The new design allows you to rotate the clamp 90 degrees for added flexibility.
